DIMA GLASS makes no warranty as to the suitability of any merchandise for any specific use and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of this merchandise for consequential damages. 

Damaged Products

Should merchandise be received damaged in any way, DIMA GLASS will supply free of charge replacements or fully credited, as appropriate. 

Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt. Please notify our customer service department promptly to make an arrangement. 

No goods may be returned without prior authorization.
